NIFA Director Dr. Manjit Misra hosted graduate students and faculty from 花季传媒 Tech recently at USDA鈥檚 Whitten Building in Washington, D.C. Dr. Tracy Rutherford, who is the head of 花季传媒 Tech鈥檚 Department of Agricultural, Leadership, and Community Education, organized the visit.
